8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 168 hours per month, 2016 hours per year sitting at work… Sounds familiar? Well, these numbers brought me to my first spine yoga class five years ago. After three weeks my back stopped aching! Wow!
Yoga is part of my every day life since then, and it always gives me something new. If you are interested, come and experience it yourself!
Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. The word “hatha” can be translated as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.
